The background is great. It gives the whole photo a slicker look that really compliments the rest of the piece.
The character itself is well manipulated on a first look, but when looking closer there are some faults that can be easily fixed. For example, the lighting on the character does not go well with the lighting on the background (The "Flare" near the face and the overall lighting source of the background, which looks like the center).
The render itself is a bit choppy, and you can see some mess-ups with the splatter and smudge effects (On the edge of her hair on her left shoulder, on the side of her stomach, and so on).
To sum things up, this is not a bad photo manipulation by any means. However, minor mistakes hold it from being a truly great deviation.
